Again strong trade winds in december for cabarete !?
The December 2009 season started the same as the last 3 years 100% wind every day. We are blessed with warmpleasant weather and 13 to 23 knot winds every day. This gives me the impression that we will have the same great conditions for this years' December high season that we have had for the last 3 years.
